Psalm 119:113-120
<\/strong>XV (Samech)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A meditation on God\u2019s law<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is my commandment: that you should love one another<\/em> (John 15:12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have no love for half-hearted men: *
my love is for your law.
You are my shelter, my shield; *
I hope in your word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leave me, you who do evil; *
I will keep God\u2019s command.
If you uphold me by your promise I shall live; *
let my hopes not be in vain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sustain me and I shall be saved *
and ever observe your commands.
You spurn all who swerve from your statutes; *
their cunning is in vain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You throw away the wicked like dross: *
so I love your will.
I tremble before you in terror; *
I fear your decrees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, *
and to the Holy Spirit:
as it was in the beginning, is now, *
and will be for ever.
